As a photographer every now and then you need to take time to step away from the business side of things and just let the artist play. Unfortunately sometimes those creative projects get put aside when business gets busy. It is kind of fun and therapeutic to go back and revisit those lost projects and breathe new life into them. Last year I found this amazing vintage night gown on Etsy and all I could think was that it needed to be photographed at the beach and I knew that Jasmine was the perfect model for the job. We packed up the car and made our way to Hug Point on the Oregon Coast. It is a beautiful location, but make sure if you check it out to go at low tide so you can really explore all the waterfalls and caves. Much of this beach is submerged at high tide which makes it a very magical place since it can only be accessed at certain times of the day and it was the perfect spot to bring the Sea Queen to life.
